1 Chronicles 4:9 There was a man named Jabez, who was the most respected member of his family. His mother had given him the name Jabez, because his birth had been very painful. 10 But Jabez prayed to the God of Israel, "bless me, God, and give me much land. Be with me and keep me from anything evil that might cause me pain." And God gave him what he prayed for.

During this discussion, i was made aware that only once and only here is this guy Jabez mentioned in the good book ,and as the meeting progressed i went to realise that this was the one time God answered a prayer of this nature instantly.
Matters also raised in the discussion were that Jabez never gave God any limit to the extent of blessings to recieve, according to other versions interpretation- since our Father is omnipotent it would not be a problem to Him.
Even if you are about to face you demise either through accident or whatever cross over facilitators, if you send a prayer for your salvation, if you do in true and pure faith you will be saved. On this point, others were of the view if it is your time to go ,for sure you wll join our fellow loved ones as a RIP. A view also given, was that you die only when He has seen it fit (completed His work on earth)
Whatever view is correct, God answers prayers either-instantly or
-later
your prayers will be answered in the end, just hold on.

How God put us right with me

Romans 3:23 "every one has sinned and is far away from God's saving presence. 24 But by the free gift of God's grace all are put right with him through Christ Jesus who sets them free."

So there are those Sabbath days i spent the whole day catching up on my sweet sci-fi movies,my mom later complains on my lack of regard to show respect to the one who is the ultimator giver of life,there after i felt as guilty as something else,but acted as a "man" but later had to get down on my knees to try and snuggle up to my God. All this was private so no spreading please. My point is i felt like the worst scum on earth .
Back in time, when our savior was hanging from a 2 by 4 after being spat on, thorns on His head, whipped,had a spear through his side and being dragged to and fro Ceasor and Pilate on an empty stomach,this was a guy whose last words before He crossed over were " Father please forgive them for they do not know what they are doing"

If i was there in that time and have never seen Him before, i would have been blown away at His inability to carry anger a normal guy like me would expect Him to be like "My Father will burn you up ,you just wait " but not Him

Summary-So our Father's fundamentals break the boundaries of normal human reflexes-i mean you slap me and i turn the other cheek, man this must be another level !- a good level

John 14:13 "And will do whatever you ask for in my name,so that Father's glory will
shown through the Son. 14 and if you ask me for anything in my name, I will do it."

It has now been like a formality ,you know the words "this we pray in Jesus name, amen"
Through this line, Jesus promised us that whatever we ask in His name, He will NOT try,NOT look into it (you know, like what a person who doesnt want to give you a loan says to give a good NO),NOT give it a shot or NOT any of the above .He said, "I will do it" what more confirmation do you need?

This verse is seen to go hand in hand with

Matthew 7:7 "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find;knock and the door will opened to you."

Notice its not you maybe , or you'll make your requests and they will be reconsidered , or you get it

A prayer of thanksgiving

Psams 138:4, 5 " All the kings in the world will praise you Lord because they have heard your promises. 5 they will sing about what you have done and about your great glory.
acccording to David everyone that has breath should praise the Lord."

In this particular verse he uses the term "kings " to try to bring an outlook that heads of states represent the people and if they praise Him that particular people follow suit.
In conclusion praise Him when you work,talk,eat and let others see His light through you.

Luke 6:27 " But i tell you who hear me:love your enemies,do good to those who hate you, 28 bless those who curse you ,and pray for those who ill-treat you."

so we are all brothers and sisters of one (our hevenly father) and we as children of Him should show exceptional standards in living.
from verse 32 "even sinners love those who love them" so we should also show love to those who dont even do the same to us
so my grandma who is about 90 used to feed some people who according to you know our toungue "abhaghere" (a Western tribe) she used to give them food whenever they came to her home you know in the "reserve" and they gave her traditional milk going by the term "eghe-chieto" ,long story short my mom interprets thats why God gave her long life"
